This product is intended for the sale to, and use by, professional customers. Use adequate ventilation and protection from eye and skin exposure. If any goods supplied prove defective, the Sellers obligation shall be to replace the defective materials. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury, direct or indirect arising out of the proper or improper use of this product. Since the Seller has no control over the storage, handling, application or use of this product, it must disclaim any responsibility for unsatisfactory results. It is the Users sole responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use. These terms may not be changed by verbal agreement.
Any information supplied with this material is given in good faith but should be verified by the end User as to the suitability of the material for their application. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain SDS sheets, and Technical Data Sheets from us for review to assure no improper interactions with your surfaces.
WiseBond® Epoxy products are sold for specific applications, normally for wood and concrete. Application to other types of surfaces such as rubber, tile, laminate, VCT, asphalt, fiberglass, metal, etc. may need primers or special preparation methods. WiseBond® Epoxy always recommends testing prior to use. This assures our products do not interact incorrectly. We cannot be responsible for incorrect interactions between our products and substrates. WiseBond® Epoxy cannot be responsible for surface porosity and texture conditions in the field that can critically affect final outcome and finish.
The WiseBond® Limited Warranty of this product shall be limited to the replacement of defective material, within one (1) year of purchase. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser for the original project and is non-transferable. Warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of a like amount of original material purchased or a refund. WiseBond® Epoxy will not be liable for any damages, labor, or other charges as related to the project. Customers are responsible for doing proper moisture testing on all surfaces for proper adhesion.
Claims are only eligible within 30 days after purchase date. For warranty claim consideration for defective product, a warranty claim form must be filed with all necessary information we request to be supplied. Warranties will not be allowed without following our warranty claim procedure. All properly filed warranty claims will be replaced with WiseBond® Epoxy once a claim is approved.
Please note that epoxies are specially formulated products. Therefore between batches and orders of our products, there may be slight variations. Always make sure to order enough product for your project. Additional WiseBond® product from the same matching batch may not be available. Minor variations between orders and batches are not covered under our epoxy warranty.
If, when applying your epoxy, it does not look correct: stop immediately and contact us. We suggest measuring and mixing (if applicable) a small amount to apply a test area to assure your satisfaction. Once you have applied the final product, if something is wrong or ‘off’, WiseBond® Epoxy will not and can not be responsible if prior testing was not done.
WiseBond® Epoxy is a zero VOC product with 100% solids. Please be aware that recent changes to environmental laws regulating VOC’s vary widely by state and even within certain states.
