WiseBond® Concrete Flake and Metallic Floor Clear Epoxy is a two-component, solvent free, 100% solids epoxy/amine system. It is designed specifically for over concrete floor application where maximum durability and chemical resistance are required. Whether installing a garage flake floor or a decorative metallic epoxy floor, this is where it all starts.
Flake floors simply need our base coat pigment added for application to your concrete floor. Then broadcast your flakes to the wet epoxy. For decorative metallic epoxy floors, choose your base coat pigment and a few of our metallic powders. Apply your tinted base coat epoxy to the concrete floor and let cure. Next mix your metallic powders in equal portions of epoxy, pour in ribbons over the concrete floor, then with a roller spread over the cured base coat for a unique decorative floor!
Concrete Flake and Metallic Floor Epoxy is only available in a clear formula where a base coat pigment or metallic pigments are added.
This epoxy floor material is a 100% solids epoxy, with low odor and low VOC's that serves as the perfect base for concrete surfaces. The high performance, self-leveling features generate the highest balance of flexibility, strength, and chemical resistance that is both user-friendly and extremely durable.
Suitable only for interior use on concrete surfaces such as flake epoxy floors and metallic epoxy floors. This epoxy provides a smooth, glossy, attractive and durable coating. This epoxy is ideally suited for most commercial or residential surfaces such as garage floors, man caves, residential interiors, or anywhere around the home where an exceedingly beautiful floor is desired.

Read prior to purchasing!
No epoxy floor system should be applied to flaking or spalling concrete. If the concrete floor surface is delaminating, or has divots, then diamond grinding, shot blasting, or other mechanical means should be used to remove the delaminating areas. Depending upon size of area, patching may be required prior to application of the epoxy.
Construction Joints in concrete floors may have adequate movement to “telegraph” through the epoxy without cracking. Large expansive slabs should have planned appropriate flexible caulks to allow for this movement. This prevents bridging of epoxy across either side of the construction joint.
